At Vogueritual, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, accurately, and on schedule. Below you will find our comprehensive shipping and fulfillment policies.

1. Shipping Coverage & Destinations

• Coverage: We ship exclusively to physical addresses and destinations all across the United States of America.
• PO Boxes & Military Addresses: We deliver to PO Boxes as well as APO / FPO military locations via standard national logistics.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes

*Daily Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time). Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST or over the weekend will commence processing on the subsequent business day.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your package has been scanned and collected by our shipping carrier, an automated confirmation email containing your direct tracking number and tracking link will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Tracking information usually updates within 24–48 hours.

4. Address Errors & Redirection

Please verify that your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order. If you identify an error, contact us immediately. We are unable to alter destination details once an order has been dispatched. Packages returned to us due to address errors can be re-shipped upon address verification at no extra cost.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Shipments

• Damaged Upon Arrival: Please notify customer support within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging for a prompt replacement or refund.
• Lost or Missing Deliveries: If your tracking indicates delivered but the package is missing, please check around your delivery area. If still missing, contact our support team to initiate a carrier trace and claim.

6. Cancellations & Returns

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement before entering fulfillment. For post-delivery returns, please review our Return and Refund Policy.
